In light of an undesirable outcome, I'd remove myself from the situation in any possible way I could, or fantasize about leaving permanently. This time it didn't solve anything. I had to find it in me to continue, because the world won't wait for a full recovery.

Disappointment arrests my nerves, obstructing my progression. Wallowing and favoring death over the current circumstance. Accepting amercement in the form of your disgust, I'll fade in vagrancy. But please, before I leave, I ask of you: Take all that's left and disperse the remains. Ensuring my absence to embrace this divide. I no longer wish to mourn, I've grieved enough for my own sake. Spare me bereavement, I only wish for deliverance. The absence reminds me that the earth won't stop spinning, The tides still recede. I cannot blame you for routine tragedy. This is my nature, and I'm forced to accept that I advance without the closure that I seek. The absence reminds me that I can't stop the earth from spinning. Take all that's left and disperse the remains. Ensuring my absence to embrace this divide. I no longer wish to mourn, I've grieved enough for my own sake. Spare me bereavement, Bring me my deliverance. This inherent misfortune is irreversible. With no choice but to advance, I'll swallow this cruel fate. A forced acceptance is the final transition from spiraling downward to dancing toward the void. (After all of this, I promise you that I am not who I want to be) The absence reminds me that I can't stop the earth from spinning.
